My husband and I lived here for a few years, absolutely loved it. Management (shout out to Harry) was always available, maintenance was also always available (a phone call away!). I lived here for 2 years and it was a wonderful experience. My apartment home was huge over 1500 sq. feet. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Maintenance was always reliable and timely. Terrible and unprofessional experience. No front office, scheduled an appointment to come see and tour the apartment. My fiancé and I were given an address and showed up, no one was even here to meet us. Called the apartment numbers to see if they would meet us there and no one even answered the phone. Called the official company that owned the place and they said the guy who was supposed to meet us left his phone, so we couldn’t even contact him. I will not be recommending this complex to anyone. AC does not work and cannot get anyone to come to fix it for days two seasons in a row.  Gas dryer stops working at same time and maintenance mailbox is full so you cannot report it.  Lousy place to live.  They need more than one maintenance man.  Management does not help at all.

The eastampton village apartments was a great place to live. Safe and clean all the people associated with the property were wonderful ,helpful and professional. Harry and Asia in the office and Greg ,the super were specially helpful. We moved in as a place to live while are new house was being built and as excited as we are to move into her new house we are sad to leave. It was simply a great place to live.

I enjoy living here and the new management. Management is prompt and extremely personable. Everyone who has visited my apartment falls in love with the building and my space.
